California Laws

A piece about laws passed in California in 2011. They include ordering wine online, a ban on shark fin soup, and a law against selling dogs on a sidewalk. For the Los Angeles Times.

    Thanks Sam,

    It's actually ink on paper with a light watercolor wash and mostly digital color. I used to use a lot of gouache but I've found that this way comes out a bit cleaner. Thanks for asking!
